GOEplaces is a cloud-based property management and operations platform designed to simplify how RV parks and campgrounds manage their daily business. Built with an emphasis on usability, operational efficiency, and scalability, the platform brings traditionally fragmented management processes together into one cohesive digital experience.

At its core is a comprehensive park management application that helps staff coordinate daily operations, manage guest information, monitor property activity, organize tasks, and visualize their facilities through interactive site mapping. Its intuitive interface is designed to make sophisticated operational capabilities accessible to staff without requiring extensive technical training.

Beyond park management, GOEplaces is built upon a modular, multi-tenant software architecture that supports distinct operational, administrative, and public-facing applications. Shared platform capabilities provide a consistent foundation for identity management, access control, data integrity, and cross-application functionality. The architecture emphasizes maintainability, security, extensibility, automated testing, and reliable delivery, allowing the platform to evolve as customer and business needs grow.

I started GOEplaces and wrote and deployed the software, setting its technical vision, architecture, and engineering standards and guiding the product from initial concept through deployment and customer adoption. My friends now run the company, and I remain a technical advisor and developer.

GOEplaces is currently being validated through an active RV park pilot, where direct collaboration with property staff informs ongoing product development and usability improvements. While initially focused on the outdoor hospitality industry, its underlying architecture is designed to support future expansion into additional property-management markets.

GOEplaces represents my approach to software engineering: thoughtful architecture, pragmatic execution, and technology that makes complex work feel simple.
